Our technicians, installers, and designers attend manufacturers training throughout the year at their facilities, and occasionally manufacturers will hold training at our offices. During these on-site sessions, select customers may attend. We also provide employee training for NICET (the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) and CSA (Compliance Services and Assessments). These certifications are the accepted standard in the Fire Protection Industry.
Our Quality Control Department is responsible to ensure that the service and installation technicians conduct code/AHJ compliant inspections and installations. We also track service and installation reports to ensure that 100% of each system has been functionally tested. Our unique reporting system tracks all deficiencies to resolution, providing vital system management.
